At Zubax, customer satisfaction matters to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded after purchase from our website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of successful delivery.

Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

• The return request must be initiated within the allowed time frame

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Requests raised after the return window has expired

• Products that are worn, damaged, washed, altered, or misused

• Missing original packaging, tags, or components

• Items failing quality inspection after pickup

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• A clear unboxing video is required from the moment the package is opened

• The shipping label/AWB number must be visible at the start of the video

This helps us verify the issue and resolve it quickly.

5. Limited Edition or Special Drops

For select limited-edition or special-release products, returns may be restricted.
In such cases, refunds (if approved) may be provided only in the form of a one-time discount code, at our discretion.

6. Return Pickup & Quality Check

• Approved return requests will be scheduled for pickup through our logistics partner

• All returned products undergo a quality inspection once received

• Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the product passes inspection

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is picked up and approved:

• Refund initiation is generally done within 48 hours

• Actual credit time depends on the original payment method

Estimated Refund Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation through WhatsApp or email, and may take 5–7 working days to reflect

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:

• Product availability

• Successful quality checks

If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

9. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations may be accepted only before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed, and the return policy will apply.
